Shipping Policy for Ocean Tech

We are committed to delivering your tech, gear, and PC components securely and efficiently across Sri Lanka.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Colombo City Limits: Delivered within 24–48 hours (Standard Rate applied at checkout).
• Outstation Deliveries: Delivered within 2–5 business days through our dedicated courier partners.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Ocean Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately or the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at our main branch. Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup usually within 1 business day.
